Oracle Budget does not restrict changing the function on budgets, so the expectation is that analysts are setting the function on budgets to be appropriate for the expense according to this file. It is necessary for accurate reporting.
These Funds need to maintain their function no matter the Org/Dept.
Fund 20000 – function 68
Funds under 1100C Auxiliary Enterprises – function 76 and no funds outside of this Fund Group may be function 76
Funds under 1440C Course Material Fees – function 43
